Our Background
In 2000, the four founders of Aspiral Learning ltd (a sister company of Aspiral Learning international), professionals from commercial and not-for-profit sectors, met around an innovative Masters degree addressing issues of business ethics and social and environmental responsibilities. Sharing similar views, they decided to create a different type of enterprise which would mirror their values, and fulfil their aspirations about societal change and meaningful work. In 2001 they began with the development of a conceptual framework to approach more effectively learning and change assignments. In 2005, Aspiral Learning international was created as a sister company in Hong Kong to engage with international projects. Since 2000, consultants of both sister companies have worked internationally on numerous projects.
