
Cross sector partnership facilitation
We build on our experience in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors and the expertise
of our consultants in group dynamics, learning and change, to provide new ideas, constructive
feedback, process guidance, training, and facilitation skills to the team or the individual
in charge of developing strategic and operational cross-sector partnerships. Our practical and
progressive practice creates a favourable environment to approach the complex challenges of
such partnerships.
Design and Facilitation of Group Processes
We build on our experience of successfully running diverse high level meetings
(up to 300 people) to design, create and facilitate large group experiences that progress
the purpose of the organisation, support the agreed objectives of the meeting, and offer
creative and meaningful human interactions that develop strong relational networks
between people.
Team building
We build on our experience in developing effectiveness of strategic leadership teams,
campaign teams and departments. We offer design and facilitation of team building processes
to bring collective understanding of what is required from the team, what the team is
capable of delivering, how the team can best work to meet its purpose and develop strong
collective ownership. Our holistic approach ensures that people's physical, relational,
intellectual, and emotional dimensions are considered when acting as part of a group.
Stakeholder Engagement
We provide design, process guidance, and facilitation to help staff in charge of business sustainable development conduct stakeholder analysis and stakeholder dialogue.
