
Strategic Planning
We work directly with the management team to establish, formulate and communicate long- and
mid-term objectives based on the leadership vision for the organisation. We then evaluate
and adopt fit-for-purpose policies, strategies, short-term operation objectives, processes
and actions required to achieve these strategic objectives.
Human Resources Strategy
We work co-operatively with the various operational teams to develop a people strategy that
matches the size and skills of the staff to the new organisational needs. We conduct a skills
analysis of the existing staff and help recruit, retain and re/deploy the staff needed to
meet operational objectives and to respond to external changes. We work with the HR team to
define adequate human resources policies, salary schemes, and other processes.
Staff Development Plan
We work co-operatively with the HR team and line managers to conduct a
Learning Audit to identify the training needs at staff, department, or organisational
levels, in order for the organisation to perform effectively. Based on the outcome
of the audit, we develop a training plan
and help the organisation implement it.
Gender & Diversity Workshops
We tailor design and deliver awareness raising or technical workshops on issues of gender and diversity.
