The Learning Audit is an integrated and transparent process mixing external,
self- and peer-assessment based on dialogue and co-operative inquiry. The objective
of the audit is to ensure that the future development of training activities addresses
existing problems, is tailored to the strategic plan and operational objectives, fosters
organisational learning, encourages behavioural change and is delivered in an effective
and cost-efficient manner.
Through this process we identify, analyse and report on:
- the alignment between the mission, vision, strategic objectives,
collective values, governance, and management of the organisation with the
expressed and hidden expectations, the behaviours, and the capabilities of
its people
- the staff competencies and skills
- the human resource related structures and processes
- the organisation's capacity for learning
